What the press has to say about Miley's new MV.

MTV
There comes a time in every pop princess' career when she must throw a sexy dance party and proclaim her womanhood. Back in 2001 Britney Spears did as much in "Slave 4 U," and this week, Miley Cyrus is doing the same in the video for her club-ready track "Who Owns My Heart."

Cyrus proclaimed her independence on "Can't Be Tamed," and now she's declaring her vamped-up party girl status. Cyrus, who will formally hit adulthood when she turns 18 next month, opens the video lying on a bed in hot pants, a tank top and a mask. She awakens from her disco nap to primp for her night out, but much like the crew from the "Jersey Shore," Cyrus has multiple costume changes before she actually dons her real party gear.

As she applies lipstick and mascara, she's ghetto fab chic in a fishnet hair wrap, rollers, heavy metal jewelry and more skimpy attire. As the beat pulses, Cyrus is in the backseat of a limo, singing about wondering whether she loves the guy she's dancing with or if the music just makes her feel that way. She pulls up to a posh house party, full of revelers who don't really seem to be concerning themselves with love and romance.

At the party, when she's not chilling out in the mansion's study, or writhing on a big, wooden table, she's on the dance floor grinding up against others. The video ends with Cyrus back in her fancy bedroom, once again waking up, perhaps ready for another night of dancing.

The single is from her latest album, Can't Be Tamed, which Cyrus said is all about girls empowering themselves. "It's just about freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back," she explained to MTV News in June. "And I think that's really important, especially for girls, because so many people are told, 'No, you can't do something,' or, 'You need to be this because Mom and Dad say that, teachers say this.' "

Miley Cyrus‘ evolution into a pop-dance diva continues with the debut of the sexy new video for “Who Owns My Heart,” the latest single from her most recent album Can’t Be Tamed. Just like the perplexing lyrics in the song (“Who owns my heart? Is it love or is it art?”), the dancey, vampy video makes little effort to string together a storyline beyond Miley waking up in a bed, heading to the club to gyrate (complete with a head of crimped hair, scandalously low-cut gold lamé top, and lots of bangles), and then head back home. Truly, the theme of this video could be: hair! There’s a lot of it flying around! There’s almost a rave-y vibe to the whole thing, too. But who’s complaining? Not us! It’s fun! And really sultry! What more could you want? This song is a pulsy, possibly club-ready jam that deserves single status—and a frothy fun video like this, too

Blindfolds and panties and grinding – oh, Miley!

In the music video for her new single, "Who Owns My Heart," a sultry, club-worthy pop anthem, Miley Cyrus once again proves her Disney days are over.

Cyrus shows off her inner vixen – and legs – as she flaunts her bod on a bed, sans pants, before she hits the club for some girl-on-girl gyration.

"Who owns my heart?" Cyrus, 17, sings. "Is it love or is it art?"

Miley’s Racy New Video Drops: Miley Cyrus has dropped the video for her new single “Who Owns My Heart?” and once again she’s showing the world that she “Can’t Be Tamed”! The video shows the 17-year-old getting ready for a night out on the town (hair in rollers), writhing around on a bed (and also on top of a table and in the back of a limo) and then ends with the singer grinding on numerous guys and girls at a rave-like club. Multiple reports are already questioning if the video is too racy, but the Access staff couldn’t help but shake our butts in our seats while watching.

Miley Cyrus is at it again.

After declaring she "Can't Be Tamed" in May, the 17-year-old singer continues her naughty streak in her latest music video, "Who Owns My Heart."

In the clip, a pantless Cyrus gyrates on her bed while primping for a night on the town. Once she arrives at a nightclub, the teen singer caresses her chest while she gropes older men on the dance floor. Watch the video.

Now we know why 17 year old Miley has been clubbing until two in the morning and why she was grinding with her last song director Adam Shankman back in may at the film's wrap party--It was research for her new music video!.

in the newly release Who Owns My Heart clip, Miley throws caution to the wind and lets loose in a sexy.,steaming, grinding, pumping, tousled-hair club video fit for Madonna , circa 1989. Not a girl, not yet a woman? Eh Uh, Miley's a full-fledged club creeper dancing with boys and girls; Trowing kisses left and right, rolling around in bed with that come-hither look, Singing "keep provoking me, keep on roping me".

What can we say-- we love the video and we think Miley is DEFINITELY here to stay. What do YOU think?

Don't even think of trying to tame Miley Cyrus now! The sexy music video for her new international single, "Who Owns My Heart," just premiered across the pond in Madrid, complete with table dancing, hot pants, and lots of sultry gyrating. In the video. The 17-year-old rolls out of bed (in undies!) before heading to a house mansion party where she cozies up to guys—and yes, girls—on the dance floor. Much like "Can't Be Tamed," Cyrus shows off plenty of skin while strutting around in short shorts and a slinky, low-cut gold top. "It's just about freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back," the singer told MTV.com about her current album. As we first reported, Cyrus' second single to be released domestically will be her cover of Poison's "Every Rose Has Its Thorn." We're hearing it should be out sometime next month. So what do you think of "Who Owns My Heart" video?
